Home Information Packs ('HIPs')

Following the introduction in 2007 of Home Information Packs for properties for sale we are pleased to include the preparation of HIPs to the list of our services available. This can be supplied separately or form part of our conveyancing package.

Storing Deeds

We will keep your deeds and documents for you free of charge. We keep them in a strong room for safekeeping and you can have access to them whenever you want them.

All Inclusive Packages for Selling a Property

We are also Estate Agents as well as solicitors, so we can offer an 'all inclusive package' where you pay one fee for both the estate agents and solicitors. This is not only cost effective but makes it easier to ensure that your sale is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
