Conveyancing Quality Scheme
Arnold Greenwood is accredited by the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is a recognised quality standard for legal experts in buying and selling property.
As a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, we will:
- Explain the steps in buying or selling a home
- Tell you what service you can expect from us
- Be honest about what the costs will be
- Keep you informed through the process
In addition, as a member of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme all our solicitors dealing with buying or selling property go through rigorous examination and testing to demonstrate that they have a high level of knowledge, skills and experience.
Buying a house together can be a very exciting time.
But have you considered what may happen if you don’t live happily ever after?
We can advise you on protecting your financial position and assets by way of a co-habitation agreement, pre-nuptial agreement or post nuptial agreement.
For further information, please contact Jennifer Sparks on 01539 720049 and a member of our Conveyancing department will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
